I grew up in Southern California and have a B.S. Degree from SDSU. Our family Founded the Conroy's Flower chain and Franchise.

While in college, I began renovating and flipping homes. I have built several homes from the ground up, developed a Horse Property and created two subdivisions. GREEN features and upgrades are essential in renovating and building.

For over 28 years I have worked with Investors, Sellers, Buyers and Seniors. I specialize in helping buyers find a home they fall in love with! I also assist First-Time homebuyers obtain Down Payment Grants. I have located winning real estate investments for many of my investor clients.

When my son was in 4th grade, we left San Diego and moved to Big Bear Lake. We have witnessed the resort community grow! My hobbies include; Boating, Horseback Riding, Travel, Dining as well as Live Entertainment.
