Upstairs Victorian Doors (2) by Lee Josephs Cabinetry, Mendocino, are hand fabricated to match existing doors.Bathrooms feature Italian porcelain tile, custom fabricated door, cabinetry, transom, and shower enclosure along with antique light fixtures. Front porch 10' chamfer columns were custom fabricated by woodwork instructor Greg Smith of the acclaimed Krenov Woodworking School of Fort Bragg. All new downstairs plumbing including gas lines, water and waste. Extensive electrical modifications were made to the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room, as well as downstairs bonus room, all under permit. Both electrical panels were installed new.
