Josh opens naturally to morning light and the built-in dining banquette, while Tam feels slightly more secluded, with a stronger connection to its surrounding courtyard and landscape. Original vaulted ceilings create volume and light throughout, while built-in dining banquettes, sleeping nooks, curated original and vintage artwork, and layered textiles give the interiors warmth and character. Outdoor living remains central to the experience.
