About 9651 Kruse
Great opportunity in the city of Pico Rivera! Located on a cul-de-sac and backing up to the Pico Rivera Golf Course, this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers plenty of potential and is priced with its condition in mind. The home features spacious bedrooms, a large living room, a separate den with a fireplace, and a kitchen with a peninsula countertop, built-in cooktop, range hood, double oven, microwave, refrigerator, and direct access to the attached 2-car garage. Additional features include a large walk-in closet and plenty of room for comfortable living. The backyard offers plenty of possibilities for someone looking to create their own outdoor space. **The existing swimming pool is beyond repair and will need to be replaced or filled in.** This gives the next owner an opportunity to redesign the backyard to fit their needs. The property needs some TLC and is currently being cleaned out. With some improvements and personal touches, this home has the potential to really shine. Great location, spacious floor plan, and an excellent opportunity for buyers looking to make this property their own. Don't miss out! I recommend keeping the pool disclosure in the MLS description so buyers understand its condition upfront.
