This 12.57 acre parcel has 1/4 mile frontage on I-40 and on both sides of National Trails Hwy. It's located on the north side of I-40, half way between Pisgah & Argus, near Lavic Rd, right where National Trails crosses under I-40. This property is approximately 42 miles east of Barstow, just after the lava area & before you get to Ludlow. DIRECTIONS: Take I-40 east from Barstow all the way to the Hector Rd Exit. Take the exit, turn right on Hector Rd then left on National Trails Hwy. Continue east on National Trails Hwy. You'll see an area of Lava on the right. Shortly after that National Trails Hwy meets Lavic Rd. and crosses under I-40 then takes a sharp right turn. After the turn continue just over 1/4 mile more and you will have reached the approximate west line of the parcel. National Trails Hwy runs through the property and the parcel extends all the way to I-40.
